We do not understand why a New Haven Family court judge will not grant a full family study on a woman who drinks, abuses her children, teaches her children how to lie, has contributed to high excessive non-excused absences,punches her children, does not participate in school meetings ie: open house to check on their progress, does not attend any of one special needs child's PPT meetings, has neglected medical care for the children and above all, gives the support money to her boyfriend for New Jordans and clothing, beer, sells her food stamps and lies to Probate court.
NOW.... why did the Family court judge DENY a family study????
